After the Storm the sun shoots through massive billowing clouds. Rain like silver is lit up in the sunshine and white clouds drift over a teal sky. This is an image to lift the spirits. A calming image of a perfect beach on the island of Orkney.

Orkney is made up of lots of tiny islands, some inhabited, some deserted. It is a place steeped in history and standing on this beach you feel as if you have stepped back in time to a quieter space where Nature has reclaimed the earth.
