Artwork description:

minimalist abstract print , inspired by the different times of the day and changing atmospheric conditions around the coast of west Wales. This of work (part of a continuing series) is based on the idea of horizons and something further away and distant - presenting a feeling of looking forward to something beyond or in the future.
Colour has always been a primary concern of mine and exploring ways of using colour in interpreting my observations into bold statement pieces is always exciting and rewarding. Of course they are somewhat dramatised but then they are abstracts even though the root maybe landscape and skies.

Materials used:

ink
