Original artwork description:

Oil on canvas, with made by me pigments, gold leaf, and aluminum powder.
Inspired by the God of War in Etruscan mythology, called Laran, but I gave him a feminine, androgyne look in order to highlight the idea of birth/ rebirth after „a war”(figuratively speaking or not). Like life and death, the men and woman exist together, in a body, in perfect harmony, while the birth and life are symbolized by the flowers coming out.

Materials used:

oil, pigments, gold leaf and silver leaf
