The Mingun temple is a monumental uncompleted stupa began by King Bodawpaya in 1790. It was not completed, due to an astrologer claiming that, once the temple was finished, the king would die. Huge cracks are visible on the structure from the earthquake of 23 March 1839 and a recent earthquake made the crumbling structure even more unstable.

Limited Edition of 50 Archival Pigment Prints.
*Signed Certificate of Authenticity with Edition Number.
*Printed on Hahnemühle Baryta paper, the most enduring of photo papers, which has been a hit with photography aficionados for more than 140 years. This paper is particularly popular with galleries and museums for its shining white and intense black tones, ultra-fine brightness levels and sharp contours.
*Printed with a white border for easy framing and shipped in a hard tube protected with bubble wrap and acid-free paper.
*Can be framed or mounted under acrylic glass upon request. Larger sizes also available. Contact the artist for more details.
