Original artwork description:

This artwork is a glazed terracotta sculpture.
Working with clay creates very deep sensations in me, it gives me physical pleasure.
The working of clay is very sensual and primordial.
Working clay always creates a feeling of satiety, a great tranquility, it's really very therapeutic!
In this sculpture I want to represent the bubbling of the lava material, the leap of emotions.
These works of art are part of the Magma Primordiale research inspired by the emotions experienced on the island of Santorini due to the contrast between the lava and the sky and the sea.

Materials used:

black fireclay
