After unexpectedly coming across a report on the topic of "addiction" and how dependency can develop, I began to contemplate. The conclusion of my reflections is: We all have our addictions! The degree may vary – some more, others less. According to this report, each of us is dependent on something. Everyone requires a kind of addictive substance to experience a dose of dopamine and feelings of happiness.
