My artworks are a result of years of studying spiritual books written by Eckhart Tolle.

This painting is an attempt to stay present, to observe my thoughts and to slow them down. Sometimes I stay present, sometimes thoughts overtake me. Nevertheless, it always works better to concentrate on nature and not lose myself in the world of thoughts.

Style: My technique shows some influence from abstract expressionism and modern art. I use original mixed media in which undiluted acrylic paint, ink, gel medium and structure paste are applied to the canvas.

I like to paint impasto abstract paintings and use spatulas, tubes for writing and usual fruit knives to build three-dimensional flowers and surfaces in my artworks.
