Original artwork description:

This is a view across the fields to a village called Amberley in Gloucestershire, close to where I spent much of my childhood after our family moved there from London and is one of my favourite views.
The painting was made using a combination of materials in different areas to give an impression of the textural patchwork pattern of the fields.
