Original artwork description:

Inspired by the North Yorkshire Moors in summer when the heather was out and the sun was constantly shining.
I've aimed to capture some of the colours and textures of the landscape in this painting by using fragments of many different hand painted pieces of paper, with nearly every piece incorporating a different technique.
The painting is framed in a simple white frame, glazed and ready to hang.
