This is a large seascape painted in oils on a 90 x 90 cm stretched canvas. It captures a stormy sky and the light on the horizon perfectly. I lived by the sea for many years in Mexico and Mallorca. Now that I live in Devon I spend many hours walking along the North Devon and Cornish coasts looking for inspiration. I love all the different shades of blue, the smells and the uplifting feeling of freedom coastal life brings. This is what I endeavour to capture in my paintings.
This painting would look great on a white wall either in a city apartment, house, or seaside home. It certainly has the wow factor!
