For creating this unique print I used a technique were charcoal is coated on a piece of nature (for example a maple leaf) and then printed on the paper surface. The print are signed with initials on the front (bottom left) next to the scientific plant name.
The smoky and dusty effect of the vine charcoal that I used to create this beautiful plant print mediates a feeling of lightness and a touch of nostalgia. A small piece of nature...
