Original artwork description:

Some models seem to just float. So graceful in whatever pose they are in. The body shape creates a gentle form. Curves under, across and along the body. Long limbs folded so carefully and lightly on top of each other. A wonderful shape created.

White and black conte pastel on purple sugar paper 42 x 30 cm (c. 16 x 12 "). It will either be rolled for delivery (glassine inside to protect the drawing) or wrapped in glassine and sandwiched in cardboard depending on where it is being sent to.

Mounting/Mat Suggestion: Images are included of how the piece could look if float-mounted or put behind mountboard(s) [in the US known as mats] before framing.

On the verso there is another pastel sketch of a model in umber from the warm ups. This does not show through. This is shown in the photographs in this gallery so you don't have a surprise on receipt of the piece.
