Original artwork description:

This art work belongs to an ongoing series of abstract paper works.

The starting point was a drawing with plain graphite - as I love the plain elegancy of the shimmering grey shades and the structure created with the hatching.
Another layer is opened up with the collage piece, the dark center, which I created separately with spray paint and pencil.
To put a little twist in that greyish elegancy I also used interference color, that turns from an almost translucent state into a radiant light violet with a certain angle of light.

The work is embossed (see pic.) and signed on the back.

I would recommend a generous off-white passepartout and a simple frame.
