Artwork description:
My work is always somehow inspired by nature.
I'm mostly attracted by the smooth, round shapes taken by the rocks during their long life journey.
This freestanding sculpture is firstly created with Carrara marble powder and epoxy resin. After sanding and smoothing the surface is gilded with three coats of brass gilding wax. Each coat of wax is fixed by a brilliant final varnish.
