This little painting is for all you poppy lovers out there. If you have followed my online galleries, you can see I love painting with colour.  But sometimes it is nice to pare back and enjoy the simplicity of a red, black and white painting. The simplicity of these abstract red poppies against a plain white sky makes them pop out this small acrylic painting. The picture continues around the edge of the canvas giving it a 3-D effect. It arrives unframed and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
