Original artwork description:

Looking at a winter photograph of a peak area taken by one of my sons, I was rather struck by the melding of peak and sky. Some of the colours are my interpretation, but others are as seen along the ridged top. Using palette knives and stiff horsehair brushes, the highly interpreted image almost painted itself.
The painting has bound edges and is ready to hang, but could be easily framed. I include a certificate of authenticity.
