Abstract Concept Series. Textured and Layered (8). Use of Brushes and Palette knife. I built this painting in layers using a palette knife and then using a series of brushes and then back to the palette knife. I have created several different shapes in this art piece to give the mind to venture into. The patterns are created to give a uniqueness & to give a different character to the art piece. This painting was a process/succession of thought and time. With Abstracts you always can get a different perspective depending if you hang it Vertical or Horizontal. This said I have 4 different hangings on the back side of the painting. I have also felt pads on the back side corners to protect the wall. The painting has been sprayed with a UV protective gloss varnish for protection.
