Original artwork description:

A very large abstract painting inspired by the Welsh coastline of Borth, mid Wales, a small village close to Aberystwyth. A place we visit regularly as we have family there. It’s a quiet place with the most amazing sunsets. When the weather changes the drama begins. In this artwork I try to express the energy, power, beauty and magic of the scene. There is a lot of texture in the work as I try to represent the rock the sea and the move of the clouds. Painted onto a deep edged gold standard stretched canvas and painted using the very best acrylic paints. Sealed with acrylic varnish to protect the surface of the painting.
