My inspiration for Abstract Art Forty-Two was the way that islands of intense colors have a sense of evolving awareness as they intersect and blend with a ground of white. There is a sense of awakening as the deep blue gathers its intensity and floats on the surface of the canvas.
30" x 30" x 1.5" original painting on stretched canvas, with the image continuing around the sides so that no frame is required. It comes with picture wire, ready to hang.
