It’s been years since I did a work of overt social commentary, but watching global conflicts of powerful men (always men) playing their brutal games at the cost of thousands of innocent lives, I felt compelled to say something: neighbouring Myanmar, forgotten by western media, Ukraine, Palestine/ Israel, various African wars.
