This painting is a meditation on how absence can be a strong presence. There is a space in the middle of the painting that is mostly absent of strokes while the other strokes move around this space. The two areas are contrasted in the degree of movement and saturation.

Painting is frames in a 22" x 30" Metal frame is made from extremely rigid and high-quality aluminum with a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant color finish. The frame comes with Clear Framing Grade Acrylic that offers beautiful clarity at half the weight of glass and many times the impact resistance. Additionally, it blocks some ultraviolet light.
