Original artwork description:

This is a heavily textured and multi-layered painting, inspired by the view across the valley above Llangollen in January.

I used principally acrylics, Inktense sticks, oil pastels and charcoal powder, and also layered, partially removed and cut into the work to create a textured and weathered feel to the painting.

The painting comes in a solid wood, limed white tray (float) frame, without glass. It is also available unframed on this site: search for "Above Llangollen"

Materials used:

Acrylics, oil pastels, charcoal powder
