Overgrown and covered by Mother Nature an old homestead barely survives in the jungles of Ga. The old oaks draped in Spanish moss bespeak of days gone by and how time will eventually give rebirth to nature overcoming what man has done...

I was driving down an old dirt road when I stumbled upon this amazing site. I was so tempted to try and go inside and see if any historical items remained - but my fear of snakes overcame my adventurousness. I think I'll buy a machete and return on my next trip... Maybe.....
