Original artwork description:
The AB Scape is part Abstract on the bottom and around the perimeter with hints of a seascape lingering here and there. I was transitioning from pure realism to a hybrid of sorts at the time. I relied on my memories of a place or thing and just painted from that. I employed stucco and wall compound for the bottom register which gave rise to great texture and movement and the smoother surface on top supplied a nice juxtaposition for what I was after. This is box framed and ready to hang. Very unique 'scape' indeed!
