Artwork description:

In 2016 I spent a year Photographing the areas immediately surrounding every station on the entirety of London's vast underground system. I started on the January 1st 2016 and 430 tube stops later I finished on the 24th December of the same year

The sum of this work is available in a hard bound book published in 2017 - In this series I've selected my favourite photo from each line to offer as a limited edition print

My selection for the Circle line sums up everything about modern city life and London in particular. The overwhelming number of cranes highlights the frenzied state of perpetual growth and change in London and the man centred in the middle of the frame provides stark contrast of this fact in an isolated and perhaps blissfully ignorant bubble
