Original artwork description:

I think when most people think of the Isle of Bute they automatically think of Rothesay but this painting is of a wee bay on the opposite side of the island. I have fond memories of times sailing in the Kyles of Bute and reaching parts of the island where it is difficult to get to other than by boat and that is what inspired this painting.
