There is a saying that in the Czech Republic there is everything except the sea. And this saying is really not far from the truth. For the sake of the sea, I like to go to Greece. I love its rocky beaches with amazingly clear water, olive groves, clean air, excellent cuisine and, of course, the incredible kindness and hospitality of the locals.
On warm evenings, sitting on the veranda, covered with flowers, and enjoying a light local wine, it's so good to look at the darkening edge of the sea.
Why is a bottle of wine in a towel? So that it does not heat up quickly. I have never seen thermos flasks for white wine in Greece. Perhaps it is assumed that the wine should be drunk faster than it can heat up.
