Original artwork description:

This painting is part of a series in which I'm experimenting with paintings in the style of various different artists. The aim was not to simply copy a Renoir but to achieve a likeness of Exmoor's Horner woods whilst retaining that "Renoir flavour".

Oil over acrylic underpainting on stretched canvas with the image wrapping around the edges so it can be hung as just a canvas. The painting is a standard size so if you prefer to frame it there are many inexpensive frames available on ebay etc.
