The painting depicts a walk along Kakumyae Beach in Estonia. It is located 15 minutes drive from my home and is one of the favorite places for walks during unpopular seasons - it is breathtakingly beautiful and deserted. there. This is a gently sloping beach, and you can walk far into the water before it gets deep, especially during low tides - you can wander endlessly along the seabed of the retreating sea, at least until you freeze from the damp cool wind.
