Artwork description:

The intensely managed fields of the Eastern Counties of England meet an entirely different culture by the roadside, where anything grows! This print followed a drawing I made on a short walk from home but such contrasts can be found just about anywhere in the East. It's been a while since I worked in black and white and I found it's peculiar magic remains undimmed.

This is an original relief print pulled from an engraving cut in rubber. The complete edition is 10 prints only. The sheet is 10½ x 15 inches (263x381mm) and the image is approx 6½ x 9½ inches (165x241mm). The Zerkall watermark is in the bottom left corner of each print.
