We’re a family of animal lovers, especially our dogs and grand-dogs. Where we go, they go. We eat together, play together, and we work together. Since my husband owns his own company, the dogs go to the office with him or stay in the studio with me. We got a sectional couch so the dogs can lounge with us and a king-sized bed so they can sleep with us. Each of our dogs has such a fully-formed, unique personality that we cannot imagine life without them. Their favorite outing is to walk at Eagle Lake park, which I have painted as sun-drenched and joyful, with expressive brushwork, where we often encounter other dog-lovers. Though we have innumerable happy memories at this park, I’m delighted to have immortalized one such beautiful day that I now share with you and your furry family members. This 16” x 20” landscape has been given a satin varnish for protection, and hanging hardware is already installed.
