Artwork description:

I’ve been wanting to add a second Still Life to pair up with my piece “Seaside Memories”. I love how a simple object such as a mug can be reinvented to tell a story. Here the pattern on the mug extends into real berries which a little blackbird spots and plucks off before flying away to share with friends for tea on a winter afternoon.
This is a limited edition of only 10 handmade linocut prints.
Please be aware that as these are hand pressed there are some slight colour and textural differences as well as some embossing and faint marks on the margins of the artwork.

Somerset satin 250gsm and oil based inks
