A bright and colourful original piece of London in a parallel dimension in my imagination. It is an original ink pen drawing and painting with acrylic and fluorescent colours on 300gsm acid free paper. It comes with a hand painted (by me) turquoise and gold wooden frame. Together they look so lovely! It represents a cool areal view of London with St. Paul's Cathedral, the Walkie-Talkie and river. A UFO and a futuristic helicopter are flying above the Lips and Heart buildings.

Like all my creations this piece looks a lot more vibrant and beautiful in the flesh!

A little bit about Maria and her unique world..
Self-taught artist Maria began to paint professionally in 2007. She was born in Florence, an amazing city but probably too small for her. In 2001 she moved to London just to have an adventure but ended up staying for good. It is here that Maria discovered her love for painting. Through her very recognizable work she has created a unique parallel universe called "The Futuristic World", a colourful, vibrant and funky place with hidden messages & symbols. What she aims to do is stimulate people's imagination, make them feel happy and think more deeply about reality. New ideas flow through her all the time, so new art collections are continuously created. Her unique paintings are held in many private places all around the World. Maria's biggest dream came true in October 2022 with the launch of her unique funky studio gallery in South East London. "Hidden House Gallery" is open to the public every Sunday and by appointment during the week.
