This is not a photographic term at all. As you might think when you see this picture.
For me, it is a shift in coordinates within myself.
When not only the visual horizon has shifted, but all other points of view and understanding as well. It's when you are futilely scurrying around looking for a solution to a problem or a way out of a situation.
It is your lack of understanding or rejection.
It's nobody's fault.
This is how it happens.
