As your mind quiets down while focusing on the details, the colours, the shapes, the messages & the beauty of the paintings, a connection is made. A connection to your heart. A connection to your true self. A visual meditation. All worries wash away. Feel that connection. Stay there in that space that is so loving. Time has stopped for you. Only this moment exist.
