This ORIGINAL one of a Kind small Christmas Painting for the coming holiday season. It is on a 12 x 12 canvas board. It is entitled, " A SNOWMAN for My Heroes!! " This one is dedicated to my Father and all the Americans who have served in all our armed services. My Father was a Green Beret in the 101st Airborne Special Forces. He was my Hero! We eventually lost him to agent orange. One memory I have of being an Army Brat was when we were stationed in Fairbanks Alaska at Fort Wainwright. Each evening when they lowered the American Flag they would play taps over the speakers around the base. All the kids at the playgrounds, baseball fields, anywhere they were... would stop and face where they knew that flag was being lowered and put their hands over their hearts. A powerful moment in my life. My thanks to all the Americans who have served AND their families who have sacrificed so they could.
