The tranquility and peace of an Inland Sea is displayed in this original painting. Foreground rocks and gently lapping waves are contrasted with distant mountains and a forest grove, whilst high above, the clouds meander in the blue and white sky. Mixed media on Beech wooden panel. Created with acrylic paints, gel medium, modelling paste, Liquidex professional spray paint and acrylic primers. This painting has gone through many transformations and sanding between layers to give a striking 3d effect and really bring out all the colors and textures. Ready for framing.
