Since the start of October with the weather turning cooler without the heat and humidity of the summer months I am able to spent more time in my studio and get down on my painting again.
I had this idea of painting a painting a day, I would start either in the morning or at night work on a small painting and finished it on the same day. After I finished one in the morning I use the rest of the day work on the larger one which required more time. the ones I finished at night makes me feel I had accomplishes something of that day. I would going to bed feel contented and happy.
Here is the first of daily painting "butterfly with thistle" which done mainly with the wet onto wet technique . watercolor, 8"x14"
