This is the furthest I've gone in a painting or drawing in displaying eroticism from the subject. Obviously there's not much more erotic you can do than the actual act. I was inspired to draw based on a passage in a novel I was reading where a man returns from months of work abroad, with no residence of his own he takes girl to the beach and this night is them reacquainting themselves with one another in more ways than one. An expression of absence, love and seizing the special moments.
