This miniature painting is done in northern colors... It is about a quiet winter night in the snow and the special peace you can find in winter and the first light in the morning - always a sign of hope!

Watermarks and lines, scratches and other watercolor effects are important to my work and keep fascinating me. This mini artwork is a good example for this technique.
