The ‘tree of life inspired a New Dawn’, it is 100% symbolic of my belief that we only live once, life is a gift and to make every day count. I have titled it A New Dawn because it represents a day, a new beginning… what happens to be a new chapter in my personal life. When I look at this piece, I am reminded that life is a constant journey of good and bad experiences, and I feel starting a day on a positive note erases any negativity yesterday held. Everything about this piece is beautiful… the sunlight coming through in the background, the clear sky, the perfect shape of the tree when trees can often be weird and wonderful organic forms. It is like this tree is the ‘great alone’… completely independent and self-sufficient… it holds a significance, individuality, whereas, in a forest, you often cannot see the wood through the trees!
