Original artwork description:

A watercolour painting of a kneeling nude, I am hugely inspiredly the human form and always look to portray raw human emotion in the figure and their pose. I often use watercolour in an impressionist style, from a distance this painting looks like its executed with a somewhat realistic technique, but on closer inspection the brush strokes are very free and irregular. I let the paint create its own balances and imperfections, reminiscent of those in our daily lives.
