Original artwork description:

This oil painting shows the typical atmosphere of the main square in a French village in the South of the Cévennes range with its café, its fountain and plane trees for shade. Since it isn't far from my studio I painted it mostly in-situ in the village of Cazilhac near Ganges (Hérault). A few glazes were then added in my studio to give it more depth and luminosity.
This work was made with extra fine paintings on a linen canvas stretched on a sturdy wooden frame. It is ready to hang and will be dispatched, carefully protected with a certificate of authenticity, insurance and tracking number .
