This branch was accidentally broken by me on a tree that grows outside my house. I admired it - the beautiful plasticity, the colour of the leaves and put water in it.
I really like the plasticity of this twig, the shape of the leaves and the colour. I was inspired and decided to paint it in watercolour.
After a while it put down roots and gave new life to a young tree.
Such a lovely story.
I brought it to life with watercolours and it really came to life. Soon I will have a new Ficus Benjamin tree with bright green leaves at home."
The works are made on 100% Saunders Waterford archival quality 300g/cm cotton watercolour paper, using the world's best watercolour inks with the highest lightfastness index.
