This piece embodies the serene connection between beings and the simplicity of life's pleasures. I've infused realism with symbolism, using acrylic to capture the figural bond between the human and feline souls. Their gaze invites introspection, while the glass of milk symbolizes nourishment—of the body and heart. It's a work that exudes calm contemplation and will bring a harmonious energy to any space it graces.
For texture on the primed canvas before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied and then sanded with sandpaper for smoothness. Dutch acrylic paints Amsterdam and Italian fine-grained cotton canvas tm Unico were used in the work. Finish - satin varnish. The ends are painted in the background color. Additional framing is not required. I called this series "Life in Avatar". Created on and shipped on a pre-stretched canvas on a wooden frame. Painting is packed very carefully in cardboard box with layers of bubble wrap to protect it. Artwork is signed in front and back and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
All prints of my paintings are created on the same canvas as the original artworks, using a similar primer applied in multiple layers with a textured paste made from small glass fragments. If the painting features "gold" or "silver" foil, it is also applied to the print.
