Gone fishin with Wilf' and consequently The River meets sea series, both reference the Estuary in Exmouth, Devon, UK, where as a child the Artist fished with her father Wilf'. These memories now fuel an emotional catalyst for Parr to explore the line between abstraction and scenic recognition, and spontaneity and considered control in the process of painting.
Strung ready to hang and signed on the side of the canvas frame.
