There are a thousand charming doorways surrounded by millions of Flowering plants, around the town of Saint Remy de Provence... It is my favorite town in all Provence, and the joy I have in rediscovering it over and over, is limitless... So doggone darling, Saint Remy is almost like a caricature of itself.... Each time I visit, I am thoroughly dazzled by the place, and have painted little nooks and crannies of the town more times than I can count.... This canvas is painted around the edges, so that it can be hung, unframed...
