Original artwork description:

In the Urals, where I live, lilac blossoms in May with lush lilac clusters. But this year, spring came very early, and all the trees were already covered with leaves in April. And my favorite lilac also bloomed at the end of April. Such a natural phenomenon is unusual. However, not only do we in the Urals see climate change. It probably happens everywhere on our beautiful planet.
There are a lot of lilacs in our old garden; sometimes, I make bouquets and arrange them in buckets and jars. All the same, after all, the lilac needs to be cut off so that it also blooms next year.
In this picture, the lilac is standing in an old wooden bowl. It is so beautiful!
I painted the picture with pastels on a special pastel paper from the French company Canson.
The lilac is so delicate; it seems to me that pastel is the best material to draw a lilac.
I indicate the size of the image as it is. In addition, 0.7 cm margins were added around the picture's perimeter for framing it in a baguette.
