Original Acrylic abstract on 300gsm Paper for acrylics inspired by a line about Mole from The Wind in the Willows:
"a big sob gathering, gathering, somewhere low down inside him, to leap up to the surface presently, he knew, in passionate escape"

Layers of Acrylic paint are applied in a variety of ways are used to create this thought provoking, sometimes humorous and colourful abstract. The title hints at an idea, but the viewer is left to interpret this work based on their own experiences.

Using a variety of tools and mark making, this painting brings together ideas from life and my imagination with the use of colour, design, composition and values - painted in March 2017.

This painting is 24cm X 32cm or approx 9.5" X 12.5" and will need to be framed behind glass. Do check dimensions carefully and any questions? please do ask :)
