Artwork description:

A Bay in Cornwall is an original hand printed linocut of the beautiful bay of Looe in Cornwall. Anyone who's been there will recognise Banjo pier, stretching out into the inviting, turquoise Cornish sea and the green hills behind with clusters of white cottages.

It is made using 5 hand carved lino blocks, one for each colour. The image is printed, layer by layer, with an antique cast iron press. It uses oil based inks on archival paper. As each one is printed by hand there may be slight variations, making each print an individual artwork.

It comes archivally mounted in a pale cream board and wrapped in cellophane. Unframed.
